VIP EA SPORTS LEGENDS Ticket Giveaway

1. General
The opening time and date of the prize draw is prize draw is Monday 26th October 11:59am - Monday 26th October 11:59pm, and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is Monday 26th October 2015 at 11:59 GMT (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

2. Restrictions
This competition is open to UK residents aged [Eighteen (18)] and over only. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of “Electronic Arts” (“EA”) (“Promoter”), their agents and anyone connected to this competition are not eligible to enter. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations. For Austrian residents only: You are hereby notified that you have seven (7) calendar days from the date of your registration for participation to rescind your agreement to the terms of this agreement. After such period of time, you are bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Rules to participate
No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this prize draw.

- Entrants must follow EASPORTSFIFA
- Entry is made via a ‘Retweet to win’ social entry mechanic on twitter via the VIP EA SPORTS EVENT competition tweet on Monday 26th October 2015.

Each entrant may enter the prize draw one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Submissions received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be void. Submissions generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.

The prize draw will be conducted by EA UK. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

4. Prize(s)
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random by EA UK and will receive a pair of tickets to the VIP EA SPORTS EVENT in Manchester on 29th October 2015 between 19:00-21:30. The event will include the opportunity to play FIFA 16 and two FIFA Ultimate Team 16 Legends will be in attendance.

Travel cost to and from the Manchester venue will not be covered and are not included in the prize. There are no alternatives to these prizes. They are as stated and are non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond the control of EA, EA is unable to provide the stated prizes, EA reserves the right to award substitute prizes of equal value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier. Any taxes due on the prize will be paid by the winner.

5. Results
The winners will be contact via direct message on twitter between Tuesday 27th October and Wednesday 28th October 2015.

If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by EA, EA will be entitled to select alternative winner from among the entrants.

If proof of age and/or parental consent is requested, and if satisfactory proof of age and/or parental consent is not received, EA reserves the rights to choose another winner.

6. General Conditions
Any entry, which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of EA. EA is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to mobile entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery.

Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner, which in Promoter’s determination is contrary to these rules or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants including without limitation tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives, or who submits an illegible or incomplete entry may be rejected from the competition at Promoter’s sole discretion.

Entrants agree that their names and/or likeness may be used to announce the winner via @EASPORTSFIFA Twitter channel https://twitter.com/EASPORTSFIFA , on EA websites and be included on the winners list as mentioned in section 5 above. For the U.K. only entrants may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.

7. Data protection
In order to participate in the prize draw participants must provide certain information on themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring the campaign, as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information and provides for an appropriate data protection level.

By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the competition in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified in these rules or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond reasonable control of Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the competition.
