ELECTRONIC ARTS FOOTBALL TICKETS
PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
The opening time and date of the prize draw is 06/05/2019 at 18:00 BST, and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is the 08/05/2019 at 10:00 BST, (the “Contest Period”) Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
2. Restrictions
1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged thirteen (13) and over only. Entrants under the age of thirteen (13) require parental consent to enter the prize draw. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of “Electronic Arts” (“EA”) (“Promoter”), their agents and anyone connected to this competition are not eligible to enter. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Rules to participate
No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this prize draw.
This prize draw will be run via the EA UK official Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/electronicarts
For a chance to win two (2) tickets to your chosen game from a select list of Ten (10) Premier League match fixtures (a “Fixture” or collectively “Fixtures”), enter the prize draw by replying with your preferred Fixture to the following @electronicarts tweet:
“#EATICKETS Reply with your chosen game for a chance to win a pair of Premier League tickets. Ts and Cs Apply”
Each entrant may enter the prize draw one (1) time during the Contest Period. Submissions received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be void. Submissions generated by script, macro or other automated means are void
The prize draw will be conducted by EA. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Prize(s)
There will be one (1) winner per available Fixture each week in total.
Each winner will receive two (2) tickets for their chosen Fixture from a select list of the following Ten (10) Fixtures, (determined by EA in its sole discretion):
In order to be eligible for the prize, the winner and winner’s guest must be able to attend the date of their specific Fixture. The winner will be responsible for organising and paying for their own travel. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner’s guest must be a parent/guardian over the age of 18.
There are no alternatives to these prizes. They are as stated and are non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond the control of EA, EA is unable to provide the stated prizes, EA reserves the right to award substitute prizes of equal value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier. Under no circumstances can the prizes be sold or transferred. Any taxes due on the prize will be paid by the winner.
5. Results
The winner will be contacted via Twitter direct message, the week of their chosen Fixture, no later than day commencing 09/05/2019.
If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by EA, EA will be entitled to select alternative winner from among the entrants.
A full list of who won will be available for four (4) weeks following the day of the selection of winners. This list can be obtained by writing to #EATICKETS Electronic Arts, Onslow House, Onslow Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4TN.
If proof of age and/or parental consent is requested, and if satisfactory proof of age and/or parental consent is not received, EA reserves the rights to choose another winner.
6. General Conditions
Any entry, which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of EA. EA is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to mobile entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery.
Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner, which in Promoter’s determination is contrary to these rules or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants including without limitation tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives, or who submits an illegible or incomplete entry may be rejected from the competition at Promoter’s sole discretion.
Entrants agree that their names and/or likeness may be used to announce the winner via www.twitter.com/electronicarts, on EA websites and be included on the winners list as mentioned in section 5 above. For the U.K. only entrants may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.
The General Admission tickets located in a requested Team End are subject to availability.
Entrance to this Prize Draw constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Premier League Conditions of Issue as well as the Stadium Ground Regulations.
Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst enjoying the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or guest from participation in the Prize if a winner and/or their guest fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or a winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others or is subject to a banning order or Club ban.
Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount. This is a clear breach of the Football Tickets Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
7. Data protection
In order to participate in the prize draw participants must provide certain information on themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring the campaign, as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information and provides for an appropriate data protection level.
Personal information includes name, postal address, email address and birthday.
Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Entrants may request such action by sending a letter with the request to:

By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the competition in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified in these rules or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond reasonable control of Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the competition.

This prize draw is governed by and is in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
