From last second heroics to more turnover craziness, this week’s lineup has it all.
If you routinely score on big-time plays and are in need of some bragging rights, remember to submit your plays here. Keep the videos down to one play. If they’re good enough, they might be featured on this blog!
Let’s get to the top plays.
5. Feasting with Michael Irvin
Did you miss out on some of the MUT Harvest fun? If you did, then you likely don’t have this Michael Irvin on your team. Similar to his career with the Dallas Cowboys, once you get Irvin the ball, he’s going to do something with it.
4. On the Opening Kickoff
Barry Sanders is a dangerous player in MUT. You give him some open space on kickoff returns and it can be almost too easy. Some excellent spin moves help stall defenders right of the bat, which helps set up this big-time return to start the game. Is it too early to rage quit?
Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen has been making a name for himself. He’s even more explosive in the Arcade Game Style. A pair of jukes and broken tackles later, Thielen takes this one to the house and makes it look easy.
2. Look at the Big Fella
In last week’s Top 5, we featured a play for the “What the What?!” Award. It’s a completely made-up award with no monetary value. Legal made me say that. While last week’s video was the winner, this one comes in as runner-up. If one fumble doesn’t do it, why not another one?
1. Tackle Fail
This big catch-and-run is as much a credit to stick skills as it is to failed tackle attempts. All three opponents get a shot at this guy. All of them whiff. This is all in the final seconds, too. I wonder how the two-point conversion went. Oh well.
