Q: WHERE IS MY TEAM? WHERE ARE MY COINS?
Answer: Your old team has been placed in the Trophy Room and is available for Legacy Team live events. The new season of Madden NFL Mobile puts everyone back on a level playing field to compete for glory in the new season!
Continuing as your own NFL GM, you’re entering a fresh new season just like in real life. In this new season, you’re going to begin building your new Madden NFL Mobile squad. Your remaining Madden Cash balance remains, but Coins, Items, Head to Head rank, Seasons completed, Level and Achievements have been reset in order to create a level playing field for this season.
In June, your team was given a Season Score (a percentage from 0-100) based on the progress you made in the previous season. This Season Score earned you reward Packs to give you a head start this season versus your competition who didn’t do as well as you last season! Q: WHY DOES THE GAME LOOK DIFFERENT? WHAT’S NEW THIS SEASON?
Answer: It’s a new NFL season and with each new season brings new opportunity to guide your team to the championship! A brand new look and feel of the game, Sets, and more brings a fresh new experience for you to enjoy this season.

Q: HAVE THE TIMEOUT ISSUES BEEN ADDRESSED?
Answer: Improvements are constantly being made to improve game stability. This season, the servers have been upgraded and this will greatly reduce the number of timeouts our players experience. If you’re still experiencing timeouts, please contact us here.
Q: HAVE THE HEAD-TO-HEAD DISCONNECT ISSUES BEEN ADDRESSED?
Answer: New updates are designed to address exploits and glitches, including turnovers in Head-to-Head play. For example, players can no longer replay the down whenever a drive ends (for any reason) and force-close the app before the play is whistled dead. Now, the play will end properly and the drive will be correctly switched to the opponent’s turn.
Q: WHAT IS THE NEW ITEM BINDER LIMIT?
Answer: Players now have a limit of 1,200 for how many total Items (including Players and Collectibles) that they can own at one time. This roster limit includes Items on the user’s bench, on their lineups, or in auctions.
When a player gets close to the limit with a purchase or reward, warning popups inform them of the current situation and how to address the problem.
This change was made in order to speed up the performance of the game and create a smoother experience for all Madden NFL Mobile players.
Q: WHAT’S BEING DONE ABOUT SELLING COINS?
Answer: Buying Coins is against the rules, and cheaters can and do get banned every day.
Q: MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED; WHAT CAN I DO?
Answer: All account issues must be handled by customer service. Contact us here.
Q: WHAT IS MY LEGACY TEAM?
Answer: Your last starting lineup of the previous season has been memorialized in your Trophy Room. To learn more about your Legacy Team, check out this blog.
Q: WHY DOES IT TAKE TIME TO GET MY AUCTION BIDS BACK SOMETIMES?
Answer: There are a large number of people using Live Auctions at any time, which makes processing time for transactions variable. Which means that sometimes your Coins will be returned immediately, but sometimes it can take longer, if you’ve been waiting for 24 hours or more, please contact us immediately.
Q: WHERE DO I GET MY COINS BACK IF I DON’T WIN AN AUCTION?
Answer: They should be waiting for you in a message in your Inbox.
Q: HOW DO I GET THE NAVIGATION BAR TO SLIDE OUT FROM THE LEFT?
Answer: There are three different methods:
1. Touch the three-bar icon, also known as “the hamburger,” located in upper left hand corner of the screen.
2. Drag your finger from left to right on the screen.
3. Tap the slide tab on the left side of the screen.
Q: WILL SEASON SCORES COUNT FOR GUEST ACCOUNTS?
Answer: If you’re using a guest account (if you’re not signed into Facebook) then yes, your Season Score will count.
Q: WHAT ABOUT THE ELITE PLAYERS FOR 100% SEASON SCORE?
Answer: If you have 100% Season Score, you’ll receive two Elite Player Items. They’re not the same two players for all users.
Q: DO I HAVE TO LOCK IN MY LEGACY TEAM?
Answer: You set your Legacy Team in the Lineup menu of Madden NFL Mobile. However, if you never went set your Legacy Lineup, it will default to your last starting lineup.
Q: DO LEAGUE RECORDS AND LEADERBOARDS RESET?
Answer: League Records were reset with the new Season.
Q: WHAT INFO DO YOU NEED TO ACCESS YOUR LEGACY TEAM AND REWARDS?
Answer: You don’t need to supply any extra info such as user ID or Facebook login. Your Legacy Team is automatically imported into your Trophy Room and ready for use in the new season.
Q: WILL THE LEGEND PLAYERS IN MY LEGACY TEAM BE REPLACED?
Answer: Good news! Legends are not being replaced on your Legacy Team!
Q: WILL XP AND COIN BOOSTS ON MY LEGACY TEAMS CARRY OVER?
Answer: No. None of the boosts on your player items will carry over to your Legacy Team.
Q: WILL LEAGUE MEMBERS STILL BE TOGETHER AFTER THE RESET?
Answer: Yes, but league rankings and records have been reset.
