The EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series on The Road to the FIFA eWorld Cup 2018 will see some of the best FIFA 18 competitors converge on Barcelona, Spain, one of the cathedrals of world football.
The FUT Champions Cup Barcelona* will feature a revamped tournament format that will ensure more games, goals, drama, and amazing FIFA 18 gameplay.
A total of 128 FIFA 18 competitors will participate over the course of three days in Barcelona, from January 26-28 to clinch one of the sixteen berths to the FIFA 18 Global Series Playoffs and a portion of $200,000 USD in cash prizes. Ultimately, one player will prevail and lift the first FUT Champions Cup title and $22,000 USD.
Spencer “Spencer FC” Owen, Chu “ChuBoi” Morah, and Jimmy Conrad are back to spearhead our broadcast team and to call all of the action live from Barcelona. Joining them this year will be Richard Buckley and Brandon Smith, an emerging powerful duo in the broadcasting scene alongside some of the best-known faces from the FIFA community.
