The top 32 FIFA players in the world will battle in London on August 16-18 as they attempt to capture the FIFA Interactive World Cup 2017 title.
It all comes down to this. The journey to London started back in November with online qualification. Competitors have been through almost 10 months of competition, both online and at live events, and it all comes to a close in London at the three-day FIWC Grand Final from August 16 to 18.
One of the 32 players representing 17 countries from all around the world will join a illustrious list of FIWC winners and take home the USD $200,000 cash grand prize.
Here is everything you need to know before the FIWC17 Grand Final:
The 32 competitors will be divided into two divisions, Xbox and PlayStation. Each division will be further divided into 2 eight player groups. During the first day of competition, each player will play everyone in their group in a round robin format. The top four competitors from each group will move on to the quarterfinals. Both the quarter and semifinals will be played on day two of the.
On the final day of competition, we will witness the divisional finals as well as the Grand Final where the winners of the PlayStation and Xbox divisions will go head-to-head to see who is best.
