Robert Lewandowski was a scoring machine this past week and earned himself Hero status. It all started on Tuesday when he came in as a substitute and proceeded to score five goals in nine minutes as Bayern Munich defeated VfL Wolfsburg 5-1. Then over the weekend, he scored two of his club’s three goals as they easily took care of Mainz 05 by the score of 3-0.

On Saturday, Alexis Sánchez had a hat-trick as Arsenal left King Power Stadium with a 2-5 victory over Leicester City. Meanwhile at Anfield, Daniel Sturridge had two goals as Liverpool FC held off Aston Villa by a score of 3-2.
