Award Winning Gameplay

Enjoy the award-winning FIFA Soccer franchise gameplay and stunning HD graphics, optimized for Wii U. The Player Impact Engine delivers real-world physicality in every interaction on the pitch; Precision Dribbling brings a higher fidelity of touch on the ball for attacking players; and Tactical Defending places equal importance on positioning, intercepting passes and tackling.

Touch Screen Shooting

Use Touch Screen Controls to become a true marksman. Simply shake the GamePad to activate the shooting zone, touch the screen to pick a spot precisely on goal, and fire away. On free kicks and penalties, look through the GamePad screen for the player’s on-field perspective to aim the ball, put the perfect curve on the shot, and let fly.

Touch Screen Defending

Take control of a specific defender by tapping on the player using the touch screen, taking all the guess work out of auto switching. Plus, use the touch screen to tap on an attacking player and watch your closest defender mark or tackle him.

Manage the Match

Take the reins as manager in all of the main game modes and make key strategic real-time decisions using the GamePad. Control all of your players with the Interactive Radar and create your own defence-splitting runs. Analyze match or player stats—including the opposition—in real-time to make managerial decisions and then change any facet of a team’s tactics without interrupting the game.

Play Together

You decide how to play—full hands-on, as manager, or as player/manager. Compete with friends in Co-op Mode, Career Mode or Tournaments with one player managing and up to four others playing. Plus, use the Friends tab to see your friends online and invite them to play using touch screen typing and real-time messaging.

Play Online

Go online and play head-to-head in FIFA Seasons, the most popular mode in FIFA. Compete in ranked online seasonal play with promotions and relegations. Play 10-game seasons and earn enough points to be promoted or avoid relegation. Higher divisions mean better competition. Compete for Cups and in dynamic tournaments.
