Madden NFL 13 Stays Up Late
NFL night owls and late night talk show fans got a glimpse of the next installment of Madden NFL when host Jimmy Fallon played heads-up against New York Jets superstar Derrelle Revis in Madden NFL 13 Thursday night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
In the live event on NBC, the two New Yorkers squared off as, well, New Yorkers when the Jets and Jets stormed the field against one another. Naturally, Revis played defense while Fallon took the reins of the New York Jet offense.
Madden NFLSenior Designer Josh Looman played both advisor and referee during the segment, highlighting new key features like the Infinity Engine and Connected Careers before turning the game over to Fallon and Revis.
To add even more excitement, Fallon, always the comedian—or perhaps the ultimate strategist—surprisingly went under center as arguably the most polarizing player in sports.
That’s right, Jets fans. He used Tim Tebow as his quarterback.
And you’ll never guess what happened next.
