In FUT, building the best possible squad requires strong Chemistry. Both players and teams perform at their best when their individual and squad Chemistry rating is high.
Strong team Chemistry rating is important in FUT because it makes your squad play better when they have more in common with one another other. Once a high Chemistry rating has been achieved, you will see the results on the pitch in the form of jaw-dropping passes, majestic long balls, and epic goals!
While creating a squad, your goal should be to have each player possess an individual Chemistry rating of 10, and obtain a team Chemistry rating of 100. A high Chemistry rating can be achieved in a number of ways. Placing players in their preferred positions and linking them with fellow players from the same club, league, and/or nationality are all ways to boost Chemistry.
Strong Chemistry between two players is displayed by a green link between the two. Messi playing alongside Di Maria would be an example of a strong Chemistry link since they are from the same country and also play in the same league.
Players obtained from packs receive a “loyalty” Chemistry boost. Players signed from the Transfer Market will need to play 10 matches before receiving a loyalty boost. Choosing a Manager with the same nationality or league as your squad’s players will also increase Chemistry.
While it would be nice to have Messi play alongside Lewandowski, it wouldn’t increase Chemistry because they aren’t from the same country or league.
