It looks amazing! 10x better than anything I saw in NHL 12.

I don't know if we can talk about them yet or not but well, yeah, they are more fluid. More organic and a hell of a lot more dynamic since they no longer get locked into animations.

I guess gametrailers got it out before EA was going to since on EA SPORTS NHL facebook page they say 'Click like if you want to see part 2 - 1000 likes and we'll release it today'. Their only at 480 likes

The goalie looks exactly same as on NHL 12 to me.

Looks insanely better than NHL12 IMO. This might be the definitive hockey experience we've all been waiting for. I knew the skating engine would change the way the game would be played but it actually looks like it'll make a bigger difference than I thought it would. Looks very nice and proper. I'm really glad the franchise is getting this "makeover".

That example of the speed vs control looks solid, that fact that physics and momentum are respected with the new skate engine sound fantastic.

Looks great, and I don't know if this was in the other quick clip, but you can see a quick look at the new menu design on the left screen in the beginning when Ben is introducing himself. Looks like it's been tweaked a noticeable amount from previous years.

EDIT: Nevermind. I didn't realize this is the same one as the one COGS posted already, haha. Whoops. And by that, I meant I was watching the wrong one on GameTrailers.

that example shows it perfectly, not even close to anything you may see in NHL 12, this is gonna be great.

Yeah, looks a bit cleaner, easier to go through. Also from the webcast, when Rammer is in practice mode, the screen that pops up has the same sort of look. I can't wait until Kidshowtime, Scarface, Luger, etc can talk about Presentation improvements.

Agreed! Presentation was a clear cut second for me behind the skating. Pleasantly surprised that they decided to go with a new skating engine. Can't wait to see the presentation improvements now!

Can't wait to see the presentation improvements now!

They are quite ample. With the new skating and presentation, in-game is like a totally new experience...

I don't doubt it. That's a tease if I've ever heard one. So stoked!

Too bad it looks like it'll be august before we hear anything about presentation
Team First Presentation
Featuring the ability to customize your NHL®13 experience based on your team and refined on-ice presentation, NHL®13 delivers the most authentic-looking NHL hockey experience to-date.
Check back in August for further details, assets and insights from the development team.

Is this what your talking about Luger?

I hope all team's intros have been refined (Remember a lot of the community feedback of only having two authentic entrance openings in NHL 12: edm/sj did not go well with users and had a lot of negative feedback saying they should have incorporated all at the same time instead of just two).
