Pictures behind Player Portraits

Hey Guys i have a little Question and i hope someone rly can help me.

I have checkt that behind the Player Portraits sometimes are some Pictures like a Man with Fire above his Head or a A with a Star inside,even just a Star.

Can someone explain to me what are they meaning?

Fire=Player is on a hot streak.
Hospital Symbol Thing= Player is currently injured
A= All-American
Star= Impact Player

One some recruiting calls, I've noticed what looks like an unlocked padlock behind/to the right of some of my recruits' portraits. Any idea what this means?

I think that means there was a subject unlocked without you having to ask about it. Or that you have all subjects unlocked.

BTW I think that hotstreak icon is a little odd. My QB is awful and was coming off a 6 for 25 game with 2 INT's and he still had the hotstreak symbol. My team is 118th in the country in passing.

In recruiting, I have a 4 star MLB with a red and white shield?
I also saw a 3 star DE with a white O or oval symbol?

Anyone know what these are?
