For whatever reason there is less lag for a west coaster playing on an east connection than an east playing on a west host. Used to live in Cali and had no problem on east host, but now that I'm back east a west coast host is like watching stop animation... But I agree, NHL servers blow!
haha agreed dude! also, i dont care what they say, the hosts connection does atleast play a factor in determining connection strength of the game, cuz i can play on my buddies host and be fine, then play on someone from detroits host and be laggy as ..it
searching regions should help fix the problem a little bit, i just hope the western side isnt so watered down that i end up playing eastern games to find some competition

no question here. BMESSERSMITH is the bees knees at defense. just try and walk him 40 times in one game and see how many times he injures himself running into the boards. a true blue-line bully.
Toughest guy I ever faced was this kid named Darnell. I was 5 and he was the only guy that could skate backwards and crossover. Darnell went on to do great things in life. He now runs a bulldozer at the local dump.

I heard in '09 he swept the Purple Cobras in a 7 game series while playing 2 of the positions himself using 2 controllers. & had been rumored to play 3 or 4 positions (on four different GT's & controllers).

So many good players out there. Some who are good at the game legitimately (But never shoot) others who are great at exploiting the weaknesses of the game (good in a different way o-kay)
I honestly think that that guy who changes his GT every other week is a helluva a D man maybe one of the most complete in terms of the all around game.
