i have a few requests, almost all of these are for dynasty or quick play
1. Thursday and Friday games, especially for smaller schools
2. actual FCS schools
3. Different announcers(for Thursday and Friday games)
4. not have all games televized(like ps2 games used to do if you played an FCS school)
5. player discipline and probation
6. neutral site regular season games
7. crowd events(blackout, navy nightmare, whiteout, etc.)
8 SHAKERS AND RALLY TOWELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
9. while were at it, how about the crowd move around a little bit, maybe jump up and down or something.
10. Tattoos, different hair lengths, new gloves, cleats, eye black etc.
11. Running/throwing styles(sidearm throwing, just new running animations for different players)
12. alright, at least people finally transfer, but calm down with it, now there's too many transfers
13. ability to add teams to Dynasty without removing another team, i wanted to add USA into mine since they will be FBS, but i dont want to remove anybody.
14. blocking. is. still. awful.
15. let defenders cover the deep ball, i can hit bombs all day
16. why can't recievers play corner and corners play reciever??? most play both in high school and swapping is common!!!
17. same with big and slow recievers moving to tight end, 75 reciever with 78 speed that is 6'4 230, why is he a 48 tight end?
18. make some decent fullback prospects
19. add kickers/punters, they dont have to be as good, but theres thousands of kickers to choose from in real life, there should not be a recruiting battle over the only 4 kickers/punters in Ohio, if anything, there should be more than can ever sign.
20. let the CPU actually know how to add to a recruiting board. i hate when i join a new team and have to fix it because Toledo's is full of 4 star guys that they have no chance at getting and have already soft commited to Ohio State.

My official wish list begins with equipment issues. This facemask is very popular as many quarterbacks and skill position players use it.
Mouthpieces are another issue.
Finally, please bring back eye-black. Many players use it today and it adds a bit of swag to the game.

Usually I don't give a flying duck about uniforms - and I still don't. But I'd like to see a game where both teams have dark uniforms.

Thank you! I've mentioned that too. I didn't know that anyone other than USC and UCLA did it. Great pics.

The biggest issue for me is something that seems like it could patched into the game. Recruiting positions based on specific categories. Replace speed, str. etc. with 3-4 drop downs that let you choose a rating category.
Example:
RB
Texas
***
Break Tackling with a similar **** feature so I can change it to B+
Carrying B+
Speed A
It would then find all the player based on this filter that is 3 stars or above with categories that equal or exceed the rating that I want.
Secondly, overall ratings should slightly differ based on position preference. If I want a coverage LB, his overall should be higher for me than a hard hitting guy. That way if I have two recruits, my depth chart would put my preference as starter if their rating is the same. Example: My focus is coverage so Coverage LB - 87, Balanced - 86, Hard Hitting 85. Current system they would all be 86.
Third fix. Depth Charts should match your playbook base. If you run a RB, then you would have no permanent FB. It would just be the highest non-starter. I.E. my 2nd TE. IF running a 4-2-5, then I only have MLB and OLB on my depth chart. It prevents me from having to remember that the game auto picks the ROLB guy as the 2nd LB.
Fourth Fix: This goes similar to FB with a one back as the depth chart exits but its not a required position. Have a slot WR depth chart with an option to priority this over split end reciever or it can be subordinate. I.E. Your WR 1 or WR 2 may be your highest slot guy. If you set it priority, then he moves in. If he's not priority, then he stays wide.
Recruiting Fix - Combine all FB and RB's into one category with tendacies being: blocking, receiving, speed, balanced.
Custom Play Book Fix: Add option to add plays by type. Many formations share comman play type names: Dive, X-Spot, Read Option. That way I can look at all Read Option and add the plays for the formations I want. This way it would be easy to create a playbook of same 15-20 plays with same play but across multiple formations.
Stats Fix - You got tons of data from online games. Make computer sim games average those stats so we don't have to play abnormally large games to get realistic and comparable stats at higher difficulites. You should be able to collect average human production stats for Varsity, Heisman, All-american so that when the computer sims it sims the same average # of plays.

Bring back the chain gang
Crowd rushing the field after an upset or huge rivalry win
Better "Play Review" engine, still screws up

Helmet/Pride stickers
-RTG
Multiple RTG Modes (HS, Jr. College, Walk-on)

Pink in October months for Cancer Awareness Month (Dynasty Mode as well)
If offered scholarships at two positions by same program, play both positions
Adjustable Quarter length

1. better tackle engine the tackling is unrealistic where cpu players are always going for hit stick tackles all time.. also more tackles where players wrap ball carriers legs and mores gang tackles.. an fix how defenders dive at the ball carriers from 3 to 4 yds behind them an miss then ball carriers takes off for long touchdown
2. add gameday and more commentators and put some of games on espn2 or espnu
3. fix cpu defense againest deep ball the defense always gets beat deep passes for 50+ yds touchdown almost on every deep pass thats thrown
4. fix how cpu always makes unrealistic field goal attempts from around mid field
5. real time physics where weight, strength, and momentum, etc plays a big part on field
6. 85 man rosters
7. add game clock accelerator in main menu like in madden so if people want to play full 15 min quarters..instead of turning it on in middle of a game in team adjustment but also leave it in team adjustments for playing online games

GAMEPLAY
· Infinity Engine
· Bring Back Breakaway Engine (Ability to Link Moves Together)
Different Running Styles for Big and Small Backs Different running animations based on height/weight/attributes!!!
- Shifty 5-9 190 lb HB should have quick, shifty moves and not be able to run over LB's (unless he is a straight stud)
- Bulldozing 6-0, 230 lb HB should not be able to juke out many people. Should run through weak tackles (especially CB's) and fall forward
WR/DB Need to Fight for the Ball
Record Different Running Motions. The fact that the hips don't move while the players run is a bit off

Would like to see Old Dominion and UNC Charlotte included in next year's game. Both teams are starting their programs as FCS in 2013, but set to transition from 2014-2015 to FBS. Also, they are both joining Conference USA in 2013 for all-sports, with their football teams beginning conference play in 2015. It would be nice to see them added to the game in order to keep the dynasty mode accurate for those who want a realistic conference alignment for future seasons. If this cannot be done, another option would be to allow the import of teams from TeamBuilder into dynasty mode without being forced to replace an existing team.
Also, due to the uncertainty as to whether or not the WAC (or any other conference for that matter) being around due to lack of teams. It would be great to have the option to dissolve a conference (or make it dormant) in dynasty mode, if needed. Otherwise, a player has no option to make realistic conference realignments since you cannot drop a conference to less than four teams (the WAC is set to have only two teams in 2013). Would appreciate this flexibility.

1. Add the FCS teams like you had in the old PS2 NCAA's but now allow people to use them in both Dynasty and in RTG also add all schools transfering to the FBS.
2. In Dynasty along with recruiting you should be able to recruit players to transfer to your school. Maybe only allow someone to bring in two new players and make them a promise like you can do to keep players from leaving at the end of the year.
3. ESPN Gameday like the old NCAA's where lee Corso would pic his favorite
4. Crowd events White Outs
5. Towels (like the steelers terrible towels)
6. If the crowd is really loud and you try to audible to a pass the recievers may not know what happened and run a different route of no route (also from the old NCAA)
7. Fullback recruits higher than 2 star as the best
8. Athletes can play offense and defense

Ok, here is my wishlist for NCAA FOOTBALL 14. We have the coaching carousel, which seems to be very popular. You made me the OLD BALL COACH. Great! But the truth is that I don't do any coaching. I passively sit by while events unfold around me. My players are trained by a computer algorithm. They go on hot streaks, they get happy feet, they gain and lose momentum, they completely melt down- and there is nothing I can do about it. I AM THE OLD BALL COACH!!! I don't sit back and wait for things to happen. I make things happen. I decide how and when they happen. I am the straw that stirs the drink! I don't let my players do whatever they feel like doing. I have an almost GODLIKE CONTROL over every aspect of their lives. I am mother and father to these players. I am a maker of men. I shape the future. Right now I have a New Mexico dynasty. Which is going pretty well. But I can't get a quarterback worth a damn. My quarterbacks are nervous. They pass falling away. They scramble at the drop of a hat. There are open receivers downfield but they can't see them. The easiest decision to make is to chuck the ball into the endzone. Which they do. Either they make a touchdown or they make an interception. It's a 50/50 proposition. And there is nothing I can do about it.. Nothing. Oh, I could pick up the sticks, sure. But that's not coaching. What do I do with these quarterbacks? Right now, I have no options. Because I am the coach in name only. And that is what needs to change. The OLD BALL COACH needs to do some coaching. MOTIVATION 1. I am the face of the organization. I am the captain of the ship. When the ship hits an ice berg people look to the captain for leadership. I should give a weekly press conference which can motivate our players and bring fans out to the stadium. It can encourage our boosters and get money flowing into the university. I should be given a series of questions and my answers will effect my team's morale, their performance, and the morale of the fans. I should be able to use this press conference to call for a WHITE OUT, or challenge our fans to show their loyalty, or challenge my players to turn things around, or call my players out for getting bigheaded. This would have an effect on the game, obviously. 2. Personal responsibility. I should have penalties for players who fumble or throw interceptions. These penalties would either cure them of their bad habits or make them worse. 3. Pregame speech. What is a football game without a pregame speech? I should be able to push my players' buttons and get my team pumped up for the game. I could challenge a player to improve his personal best. It could make him Superman. Or, It could backfire. Perhaps my quarterback really isn't up to this. If I am not careful he could just melt down and ask to be a punter. 4. Halftime speech. How can there be a football game without a halftime speech? Knute Rockne? Al Pachino from Any Given Sunday? The inches we need are all around us! Hell, Erin Andrews talks about the halftime speech in the game. But there is no halftime specch. 5. CONFIDENCE. Football is not just a game of X's and O's. It is a game of heart, of soul- of fear, and hatred, and love. My players should have a confidence level that is a factor in deciding whether they will give up or fight to the bitter end. Will they make that game-winning touchdown catch or let it slip through their fingers? Will they stand in the pocket like men or will they panic like little girlie men? Right now, my New Mexico QBs are panicking, and there's not a damn thing I can do about it. I need to be able to take them aside and calm them the hell down. PREPARATION 1. Practice makes perfect. I should be able to practice a certain number of plays during the week in order to make them more effective against the opponents plays. That''s what practice is. You win the game because you had a GOOD WEEK IN PRACTICE. Hell, the announcers talk about this in the game. Except its not in the game.. 2. I should have a rating that makes my practice more effective. If I am better coach, the results of my coaching should be better. Each of the coaches in the game should have these basic ratings, and they should be made part of the reason that schools fire or hire them. 3. I would like to be able to design my own plays. If not design my own plays, I would like to be able to modify the plays I have. I would like at the very least to be able to change the intended receiver of a play. Either in the playbook or on the field. If I call a play that runs the defense off so I can hit an underneath route, I at least want my quarterback to know that if he decides to throw it to the endzone he's doing so against my wishes. BIG MAN ON CAMPUS 1. I should have influence on campus. When they offer me a contract, instead of a paycheck I should receive an amount of influence that I can spend on my team. If I win, that influence goes up. What would I buy with that influence? How about medical facilities so that when my players are injured they are back on the field sooner? How about being able to hire a conditioning coach so that my players don't get injured in the first place. How about being able to lift my players' morale by giving them a reward? Like for instance, every other year my team travels to Hawai'i for a game. If I have a bye week, or it's our last game of the regular season, I should be able to give my players a week in Hawai'i. Or a trip to Disneyland if I'm in Los Angeles. 2. Boosters. In FIFA MANAGER 12 you can increase the enthusiasm of your sponsors with free tickets and personal visits from players. You can schedule fan days and press events to raise fan support for the team. There should be more interraction between the team and the boosters. If a booster cuts loose with $10 mil for a new science lab because we let his kids meet the players, or sit in the stands during practice, or tour the locker room, that should increase my influence and it should increase fan support. How do you think new stadiums get built? Or new weight rooms? Remodelled locker rooms. Better TV facilities. 3. I should be able to influence, to a small degree, the ratings of my school in areas like academic standing, fan support, facilities, etc. These things go up and down because we win a game? That's weak. SHAPING THE FUTURE1. I have a RB. He has all the makings of a great back, with one exception. 41 awareness. When he makes up his mind to do something he is amazing. But most of the time he hesitates. As a result, this freak of nature, who should be vying for a Heisman, averages 3.2 yards a carry. Here's the thing. I recruited him as an ATH, and he could have been a great SS. I made him a RB. Right now I scout a player and he joins my team. I get to decide what position he plays, but then a computer decides how he gets trained in training camp. That's not realistic. I went to exactly 1 high school football practice. The guy told me to lose 20 pounds of fat, gain 20 pounds of muscle, and then he told me to start running laps until he told me to stop. I said, FARK THIS, and I went and had a cigarette. The point is that coaches decide how a player is going to develop, and what he is going to develop into. I should at least be able to pick a position and a tendency for each player before the computer does its thing. I have much more, but I understand there are limits. I think if you did these things you would break anotherr sales record for your franchise. Or you could try time warping college football teams into the future to play the alien overloads who have conquered Earth. Your choice. Thanks for listening.

1. There is no wind speed indicator anywhere on the GUI when I am attempting to decide whether or not to kick a field goal. This IS a wind speed indicator on the kicking meter. But by then it's too late for me to change my mind. So I would like a wind speed indicator.
2. I would like to be able to compare my team to other teams when attempting to recruit a player. It is very difficult to keep track of what each school's ratings are in each recruiting area, and it would be helpful to know if I am up against a scholl that beats me in every category. I can never win a recruit under those circumstances. So another menu under the recruit MORE INFO menu that lets me compare my team to the other teams that are attempting to recruit my player.

Halftime comes and Erin Andrews says, "Coach Such n' Such said his players were idiots" Well, I never did say such a thing, nor would I.
And I got to thinkingabout how many times you put words in my mouth. It's a lot. Herbstreit puts words in my mouth. Andrews puts words in my mouth. The local press at my college put words in my mouth.
And I got to thinking. Why shouldn't I be able to speak for myself?
Before the game I should give an interview to Herbstreit, or I do my press conference like I said in the post above, then when they want to talk about what I said they can talk about what I REALLY said. At halftime I can tell Erin Andrews what I think and she can report what I REALLY think.
I put my freshman quarterback in the game when we are ahead by 25 points. He's shaking like a leaf. He gets hit by some big senior DT and he coughs up the ball. I see a cut scene of me screaming at this kid on the sidelines.
I would never do such a thing. How dare you make my coach an *? I do not remember setting my personality settings to *.
I should be given a choice of how to response to turnovers. For instance-
How do you want to respond to this fumble?
A. Tell the kid to keep his head on a swivel and keep both hands on the ball.
B. Tell him not to make fumbling a habit, but that I still have faith in him.
C. Tell him that he needs to stop fumbling so often.
D. Tell him one more fumble and he's benched.
E Tell him that was the last straw. He's benched.
If you add up all of the interviews I do, and my reactions to turnovers, you get a pretty good picture of a personality profile. I think there should be a nice rating- Locker room atmosphere. How much do your players enjoy playing for you? I think it should be used to decide if your team is motivated, along with other factors, and it should be used in recruiting ,too.
I think it would be a magical day if a player said to some punk kid playing NCAA FOOTBALL, "I'm sorry, coach, but I just don't want to play for an *."
A magical day, indeed.

I have one request for next year. It's a simple one. Nothing. I'm asking for nothing. No new features, no snazzy catch marketing phrases. Just take the time to improve the current modes before you go adding all new ones. Release a game that works. There's no reason why a game this broken should be released. Feature-wise, the game is FINE AS-IS. Gameplay is good, except the AI doesn't work. Teambuilder is wonderful, except you can't edit your team. The graphics are good, but you make so many mistakes on uniforms. I ask ONE thing from NCAA 14, and ONE THING ONLY....
Get... it... right!
Thanks.
