Game of the Week Sim - Penguins at Flyers

In what we predict to be Marc-Andre Fleury's return to the net's after injuring his finger against the Calgary Flames, the netminder will find that he will probably need to heal it fully before getting back between the pipes as our NHL 10 Game of the Week simulation has him getting lit up against the Flyers looking to get back into a playoff spot in the East.

Canadians Go FTW in AHL Skills Competition

PORTLAND, Maine...The Canadian AHL All-Stars opened the 2010 Time Warner Cable AHL All-Star Classic with an 18-12 victory over their PlanetUSA counterparts in the 2010 Ducks Unlimited AHL All-Star Skills Competition at the Cumberland County Civic Center on Monday evening.

December's EASHL Champs: PS3's Spooners and X360's Tri City Threat

December brought about one of the more competitive months in the EASHL as a number of newly formed teams were created on both consoles and two teams for the first time found themselves at the top of the pack by month's end. Let's take a look and see if we can get some insight for other teams looking to climb to the top of the mountain. Representing the PlayStation3 are the Spooners and on the XBOX 360 side the Tri City Threat.

Alain Quinto is the Community Manager for EA SPORTS. A native Vancouverite, Alain has had roles in QA, Marketing, and now Community Management at EA Canada. A university football receiver in his past life, he also enjoys playing hockey, basketball, and soccer.
Sean Ramjagsingh is the lead Gameplay Producer for the NHL franchise who also oversees visuals, presentation and audio for the title. A Pro basketball player in his past life, he's a fixture in men's league hockey in Vancouver. Rammer is a passionate fan of the Canucks and star goaltender Roberto Luongo.
Matt Mahar has been with the NHL team as a Lead Online Producer for a couple of years where he has not only had a hand in the EASHL, he also played a major role in the production of EA SPORTS first arcade title, 3 on 3 NHL Arcade. A native of Ontario, not only is he a huge hockey fan, he can shoot a mean 3-pointer on the court as well.
Andy Agostini has been working with EA SPORTS on the NHL franchise since 2006 during which time he has been responsible for heading up the development of the Be a Pro and Dynasty Mode features as well as managing the database and European Leagues.
David Littman as producer of EA's hockey franchise is responsible for the strategic and creative direction of the game which include the NHL series and NHL 3-on-3 Arcade. A former pro goaltender, Litty played for the Buffalo Sabres and Tampa Bay Lighting organizations.
